We provide HVAC and associated services across all market sectors but particularly so for medical device, data centre and commercial clients.

We have specific expertise in delivering multi-disciplinary services installations to GMP and classified cleanroom environs within the medical device and electronics sectors. 

We focus on critical elements of service delivery in terms of safety, procurement, coordination, planning and commissioning whether contracted on a domestic or nominated basis or as main contractor. The latter role has been assigned to Kirby Group on projects where the services element is crucial to overall project delivery.

In addition to services installation our scope typically includes for the procurement of materials and equipment.

our expertise - process piping

We specialise in the fabrication and installation of utility, process and purity pipework systems within the bio-pharma and food industry sectors. We work with carbon, stainless and non ferrous materials with welders approved to ASME 1X and EN 287 standard using a variety of weld processes including GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW etc. All welding is carried out in accordance with ASME 1X / EN 288 weld procedures and industry construction codes such as ASME B31.3 and ASME BPE. Our work scope typically extends to the off-loading, positioning and alignment of utility and process based plant and equipment.

Clients include Abbott Pharmaceutical, Astellas Ireland, Coca-Cola, W.R. Grace

in-house capabilities

Kirby Mechanical has it's own ductwork fabrication facilities with significant throughput and the capability to fabricate large bespoke duct sections.

CAD and design functions are maintained in-house allowing for turnaround of GA’s, isometric drawings, P&ID’s, plant layout and ductwork elevation drawings.
