Kirby Group secures Abbott contract
Kirby Group has secured the electrical / instrumentation contract associated with a production facilities upgrade project in Abbott Diagnostics, Longford.
The project involves the retrofit and expansion of existing classified cleanroom areas in addition to new cleanroom space.
The awarding of the contract to Kirby Group is a continuation of our strong relationship with Abbott in Ireland. We work continuously on the Abbott Pharmaceutical site in Sligo providing mechanical(HVAC and piping) and E&I services. We have also worked with the Abbott Vascular division in it’s Galway facility on main contract clean-room builds and within the Abbott Diagnostics facility in Sligo.
